I like the airy feel of this room and the touches of pink. Sometimes I feel like I am the only one who believes that pink paint, furniture of drapes can work in the home.
I love this kitchen and the way it is set back by the wood counters. I am more a fan of cabinets, but these shelves look splendid in this room. The arch is magnificent also.
I heart this mustard yellow wall. I am trying to convince my boyfriend that we should paint our bedroom this color and leave the moldings white. I also love ethnic rugs and this one is no exception!
I don;t know why, but I love the way the furniture meshes with the wall paper in this room. It is really beautiful. The dark brown wood pops against the rose wall paper. The table lamps and nicknacks complement the room as well.
I love the ethnic rug, stripe upholstery presented in this image. I love the chair style. Still have not been able to find a chair for my office. Might have to do the unthinkable and visit the salvation army. My germaphobia will have to take a back seat to my quest for the perfect office chair.
I have to buy me one of these rugs! I hope it is fake and not real zebra print. I also love the tall plant and the hanging basket. The rooms just seems bright and tropical.
There is a lot going on with this room that I like. From, the gold bath tub, to the wallpaper and chandelier. I also love the gold mirror and red cabinet/table. I am not feeling the randomly placed tree trub in the bathroom. Strange, just strange!
I am obsessed with jars. My boyfriends gives into my jar obsession by not fighting me (when i want to purchase more jars), but by helping me expand my arsenal of jars. He now realizes how how beautiful jar are when displaced.
I love the arrangement of plant life and vegetable on the wall in this image. i also admire the placement of the dish towels and shelves. This is an idea I will definitely copy.
I love these cabinets especially the door handles. I looks like the cabinet is actually made of wood boards. The sink should have been black so as to create more of a contrast with the room and to blend with the oven and fridge.
The silver accents in this room are stunning. Although i am a shower type of girl, I like the look of tubs. Although I prefer black and white tubs, this silver/tin and white tub is nice to look at. I discovered this photo at brown button.
I really want to find letters such as the one featured in this photo to place on my wall. Just look at the mirror is beautiful. I want it desperately! I found this photo on brown button, but the blogger does not say where the mirror is from or can be found...exhale.
I don't know where to begin with this post. There is so much to love in this picture such as the flower vase, empty candle holder and weathered desk. This picture for some reason reminds me of the movie "baby boom" when Diane Keaton left her big-time job in the city and moved to the country with her infant nephew. Maybe it is the apples (Diane grew a apple orchard and began selling apples) or baskets, but I believe that the things in this picture could have been on the movie set.
I want closet space of this kind and it better come with a fire place. The upper crust looking chair and the stripe rug on top of the black floor is stunning.
This image is courtesy of brown button. The rug is beautiful. I wonder if it is Native American. The fire place and wall is strike, but I probably would not use pink in this way in my home.
I don't know if I would ever do this in my home, but I love the floor to ceiling mosaic tiles and the cactus in the weathered pots. Different, but yet beautiful. I found this at brown button.
I heart this kitchen mainly the glass door n the cabinet and the little black tea pot. Recently, I have started liking restaurant like kitchen sink. I wonder if one would go with the Mexican country kitchen I want to create when we move into our new apartment. I found this image at brown button.
Wow is all I can say about this magestic purple and white wall. Designs like this really inspire me to try new things in my apartment. I also like the god picture frame, it adds a nice touch. I grabbed this image from delight by design.
This is an amazing image that I pulled from small space style. I love the shelving drawers and the strategically placed plants and shoes. for some reason this picture reminds me of the interior of home in the English country side.
I have a table similar to this one in my kitchen. I hope to find one for my dining area. I love the unfinished wood table, chairs and cabinet. They definitely give the room a country feel.
By now, you should know that I like black accent walls. This is one of may favorites. I love the fact that the fireplace, door and lower and ceiling moldings are painted white. The color contrast gives the room a more dramatic effect. I also love the country looking table, but that is not the focal point of the room in my opinion. i pulled this picture from brown button.
Like many women, I have a lot of shoes, but I would never think to place my shoes on a ladder. It is a great idea especially if you do not have a lot of closet space. I alike the red chair for some reason, but don't know exactly why.
I don't think that I could ever paint my wall pink, however, the way it appears in this photo is amazing especially in contrast to the white desk. I desperately want an antique typewriter. not for typing, just for show. My sister was suppose to purchase an old fashion camera for me, but that never happened, so much for getting help in finding random items. Anyway, I also love the pink flowers and the burnt orange door.
I heart this mirror and the chandelier that is reflected in it. The mirror is simply stunning especially against the white wall. Black and white are always a great design combo.
This is probably one of my all time favorite living rooms. I love the dark wood floors and I especially love the dark assent wall around the bay window. It actually inspired me to paint one of the walls to my hopefully soon to be office space a rich black. the fur rug and chandelier are a great touch to an elegant space.
The first thing that caught my eye with this picture is the padded chair. I don't know if the owner purchased the chair like this or upholstered it, but it looks amazing. I also like the the elegant desk and the dress form with pictures pinned into it. This picture gave me a lot of ideas on how I want my work station to look.
I hope everyone had a great new years eve and day. Since I am completely addicted to my blog and I hope some of you are also, I found some images to post. I love the teal lamp, colorful feathers and black staircase with picture frames. It is a creative display of items in such a small space.
